I know nothing about non-duality, the Advaita, the Vedas, little more about the sacred texts or their exegeses...
hardly about the Tao or Buddhism, or Sufism... and no more about the "New-age"...
The only thing I know, that I recognize, is whether I am here in the moment, or already elsewhere...
and the taste of difference... especially ... this taste there... of the Here of being... in itself... and it is not a theory, it is applicable, direct, concrete, sensitive, without argument or quibble.
It is simply what I share here, this reversal of attention towards consciousness itself that I have called "conscious attention", which is only my way of presenting something ... which is pointed out elsewhere in various teachings or testimonies in significantly different ways. I made it an axis and a tool for a simple life in consciousness.
Finally, I would say to researchers, the experiences of "awakening", or other "satori", or "enlightenment", as amazing, glorious and revealing as they may be, ...anecdotal.
Everyone comes down to earth. However, the living and present consciousness here now is not.
All experiences, whether sublime, ordinary or awful, appear, unfold and resolve in this consciousness.
It itself not experience, not representative, but place of reception of all ... experiments.
Life goes on... Of course this does not solve dreams and other fantasized hopes of all kinds...
" The sky is not blue"... but here no need. It is free"....
