Jiddu Krishnamurti - Total silence

In total silence, there is nothing;
you are nothing.
If you are something, there is no silence but noise.
When there is noise, you cannot hear or see.
When there is nothing, there is complete stability, complete security.
Then only can the mind find out if there is or is not something nameless,
something that is beyond time.
All this is meditation.
